The biggest thing I try to teach in most of the things I write about is that if you aren’t burning fat, you aren’t going to get the look you are hoping for.  No one will be able to see your abs!!

Try these and do a set of 10 each and then gradually add more.  I wouldn’t do ab exercises more than 2-3 days per week.  Focus on interval training and strength training as well!
